Deburr Technician – Manufacturing American Products | Strafford, MO Pay: $17+/hr Shift: Tuesday-Friday 5:30am-3:30pm American Products is growing and looking for dependable Deburr Technicians to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Deburr and smooth finished metal parts to meet specifications • Inspect parts for quality and accuracy against blueprints and customer specs • Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions • Maintain tools and keep a clean, organized workspace • Follow all safety procedures and production standards Qualifications • 1+ year of deburring, grinding, or similar experience preferred • Ability to read blueprints and shop floor documentation • Strong attention to detail and quality • Dependable with strong work ethic • Problem-solving and teamwork skills Requirements • High School Diploma or GED preferred • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Comfortable using hands, tools, and working in a production environment Why Join American Products • Paid tuition assistance • Generous paid time off • Safety-first culture • Stable, growing company with advancement opportunities
