BUSINESS SUPERVISOR | EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT |FULL-TIME EVENING SHIFT (25200)

Under general supervision of the Manager of Patient Access, the ED Business Supervisor provides general supervision of the Patient Access Departments and assists in various duties and responsibilities. Provides oversight and direction to the Emergency Room Registration team, BH Access Team and the Addiction Treatment Registration team. Develops and maintains open communication with weekend clinicians to ensure smooth admission and discharge planning occurs. Oversees daily registration, admissions and scheduling processes. Liaises with other department leadership teams to ensure optimal turnaround times. Maintains fluid understanding of Medical Center processes and expectations. Serves as a leader to team members and provides coaching and support as needed.
