West Monroe is seeking a Managing Director / Partner to join our Energy & Utilities Practice, aligned to the West Coast . This leader will play a critical role in growing our national Energy & Utilities business by leveraging existing and developing new executive client relationships, originating and delivering transformation al programs, and helping shape the future of the industry. The ideal candidate brings deep utility industry expertise , a strong network across the West Coast market, and a passion for building teams, developing talent, and driving meaningful client outcomes in an entrepreneurial consulting environment.

What You Will Do:

Client Delivery

• Serve as a trusted advisor and executive relationship leader for utility clients .
• Lead large-scale business and technology transformation engagements focused on utility modernization initiatives, including and to limited to AMI, ADMS, FAN, Distribution Automation, DER, CIS, ERP, EAM, and related platforms.
• Provide executive oversight of engagement scope, resourcing, budgets, risks , quality, and client outcomes across a portfolio of projects.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, strategic workshops, and key stakeholder discussions with client leadership teams.
• Advise clients on operational improvements, technology strategy, organizational transformation, and modernization roadmaps.
