Front Desk Supervisor, Physical Therapy

Georgia Bone and Joint is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our rehabilitation front desk team. The front desk role requires greeting, registering and scheduling patients in a prompt and helpful manner, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a supervisor, you will also be responsible for adequate staffing of the department, managing time off requests, review and correct timesheets, working with management and HR to promote a cohesive work environment to include disciplinary measures whenever necessary
