Position Summary Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy seeks a dynamic and faith-centered full-time 4th Grade Teacher. The teacher is responsible for providing standards-based instruction across all core subject areas, including Religion, while fostering a supportive, engaging, and language-rich classroom environment. The ideal candidate is collaborative, student-centered, and committed to integrating Catholic values and bilingual education practices into all aspects of teaching and learning. Candidates should embrace the mission and vision of dual-language immersion education and support students in becoming confident bilingual learners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in all core subject areas, including Religion Foster a positive classroom environment that supports academic, social-emotional, spiritual, and language development Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction and monitor student progress Communicate regularly and effectively with students, families, and colleagues Maintain accurate and timely records of student learning and progress Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) Integrate technology to enhance student learning and engagement Support student participation in prayer, liturgies, service projects, and school-wide activities Supervise students and participate in school events and community-building activities as assigned Uphold school and Archdiocesan policies and expectations Model Catholic values and professional conduct in all interactions Support the school's dual-language immersion mission and commitment to bilingual education
