Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The ACT program provides comprehensive, community-based psychiatric care for adults with persistent mental illness who have not found success in traditional outpatient settings. The ACT team offers mobile, individualized treatment, bringing expert psychiatric care directly to clients in their homes or community settings.
