What Makes CARE Homecare a Great Place to Work Paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick days Paid training and paid orientation Mileage reimbursement Personalized company badge and uniform Supportive office team and clear communication Full-time and part-time schedules available What You’ll Be Doing as a Personal Care Attendant Assist seniors with daily activities and personal care Build strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families Communicate professionally with the CARE Homecare team Keep clients’ homes clean, safe, and comfortable Provide medication reminders (non-medical) Exchange shift notes with relieving caregivers Communicate with schedulers as needed Meet one-on-one with your staffing coordinator before being placed to ensure you feel prepared and supported Responsibilities: Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience Valid driver’s license Authorized to work in the United States Negative TB test Ability to pass a background check with fingerprints (Live Scan) First Aid certification Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid training and orientation Paid sick time Paid time off Referral program
