Assistant Property Manager

- Facilitates the overall management of building repairs and preventative maintenance operations. Ensures facility operations, cost-management, maintenance policies/procedures/work orders are maintained. - Primary contact with building tenants. Manages the work-order system; receives and interprets requests and implements appropriate responses. - Oversees correspondence to owners, tenants, vendors, and management. Prepares and distributes monthly activity reports. -
