About the role
An IP Operations Specialist supports Practice Systems by performing administrative, procedural, and project-based duties related to patent operations, docketing, transfers, reporting, audits, forms, process review, and client special procedures. Under the general supervision of the Assistant Manager of IP Operations, this role helps coordinate operational workflows, maintain project documentation, assist with procedural improvements, support vendor and internal team processes, and provide accurate, timely support to attorneys, clients, and staff.
