Director of Compliance Services

General Purpose of the Position: This position is responsible for ensuring the compliance department runs efficiently while overseeing and growing the compliance department team. The Director of Compliance Services protects clients’ interests by ensuring compliance with federal and state programs, including but not limited to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), Section 8, Public Housing, HUD, and HOME.
