Customer Experience Coordinator

This role is responsible for managing cable order processing, customer service, and data accuracy. Key duties include verifying orders, coordinating will call, processing RMAs, supporting product updates, and handling customer inquiries promptly. The individual is expected to maintain accurate records, improve processes, and provide flexible support across teams, all while meeting specific performance and satisfaction targets.
