Job description Red Bull Account Manager PURPOSE Blue Ridge Beverage Company, Inc., located in Central and Southwest VA, is a large beverage distribution company seeking a full-time Red Bull account manager for the Waynesboro division. The individual in this position will be responsible for all outlets pertaining to Red Bull sales within their assigned territory and will work daily to increase brand awareness, improve product positioning with strategic placements, gain new accounts, and increase Red Bull distribution while maintaining a premium brand image. The position reports directly to the Red Bull Brand Manager – East Region. Job Type: Full-time, Exempt BENEFITS Paid time off plus 3 scheduled paid holidays and 3 floating holidays. DUTIES Develops and maintains mutually beneficial business partnerships utilizing all Company and Red Bull sales resources, with primary intent of maximizing sales and profitability for the retailer and company alike. Achieves monthly objectives, including order development, cooler resets, execution/attainment of merchandising standards, quality rotation and overall customer satisfaction. Ensures strict adherence to account service schedule and route assignments as directed by management. Executes retail programs, incentives, and new brand rollouts, consisting of account specific objectives and volume goals. Establishes two-way communications with manager to discuss customer needs, opportunities, account progress and potential issues. Recognizes product delivery and order opportunities based on storage, minimum load, and customer input to make recommendations for change to manager. Reduces out of stocks/miss-orders through accurate ordering, replacement, redelivery to solve problems and to fix issues. Regularly conducts reviews of customer accounts and update products, costing, pricing, and use of point-of-sale material to ensure profitability and competitiveness. Maintains strict quality control standards within each account according to company standard operating procedure Stock Rotation and Exchange Program. Performs other duties as assigned.
