Customer Care Ambassador

Parkway is seeking an experienced Customer Care Ambassador for its Parking Centric Customer Care Center. The Remote Service Center’s main responsibility will be to remotely assist customers across North America, 24/7, with customer service issues they encounter while at Parkway’s automated cashier parking facilities.
