Earn More with Shift Differentials

Maximize your earnings with additional hourly pay:

• +$2/hr -> Monday-Thursday Nights
• +$6/hr -> Friday-Sunday Nights
• +$2/hr -> Saturday-Sunday Days

What You'll Do:

The Charge Nurse oversees the operation, organization, and flow of recipients through the unit; including but not limited to, delegating nursing assignments, overseeing admissions, transfers, and discharges. Demonstrates knowledge of Crisis Intervention and can de-escalate potentially aggressive situations . Assists with training and orientation of new staff and oversees assigned duties of staff and documentation to meet JCAHO and OMFL standards.
