Valet Trash Area Supervisor (Truck Required) - 1306

Our Opportunity: Valet Trash by Fetch is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a dedicated market. This is a foundational role in a company that has scaled from 500 to over 20,000 units in less than a year and is still growing. If you’re someone who takes ownership, works well independently, and holds high standards in the field, there is a significant runway here. This role is not a desk job. The Area Supervisor is field-based, market-specific, and directly responsible for service quality outcomes across a portfolio of 5,000 to 10,000 units. You will be responsible for quality audits, contractor onboarding, and closing coverage gaps, including covering down yourself when needed. This role requires someone who leads from the front. The Area Supervisor reports directly to the Area Manager for their market.
