General Responsibilities and Duties: Communicate updates and challenges with the Client Relations team and Operations team. Professionally communicate with customers on weekends until project manager is back in the office. Manage, review, and audit client schedules in spreadsheets and time keeping systems. Responsible for meeting deadlines on a weekly basis.
