Team Member Relations Specialist

The Team Member Relations Specialist is an entry-to-intermediate role within the People Department that supports employee relations matters and workplace investigations. This role is responsible for assisting in the intake, documentation, and resolution of employee concerns while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and employment laws.Working under the guidance of the Manager, Strategic People Partners, the Specialist helps ensure issues are addressed promptly, consistently, and with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. This role partners closely with Strategic People Partners (SPPs), Support Partners, and leaders to support effective and compliant employee relations practices.
