Junior Deal Desk

We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Junior Deal Desk to join our team as we continue to scale. 🚀 You'll join our young, dynamic finance team of five at a fast growing company, reporting to the Deal Desk Manager and CFO. You'll be the person who makes sure every deal AppTweak signs actually gets onboarded, billed, and tracked correctly. If you have what it takes to help us grow, we'd love to hear from you! Location : Brussels, hybrid (3x week in the office). What you will do: Client onboarding and onboarding management: Guide new clients through a smooth, professional onboarding experience for our top app and gaming clients. Set up and maintain client accounts in our internal database with accuracy and attention to detail. Billing and revenue operations: Track service hours and ensure correct, timely invoicing. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to keep processes reliable. Data & Systems Management: Keep client usage and billing records accurate and up to date. Regularly audit and update our internal tools and databases. Operational Support: Support the Deal Desk Manager with reporting and process improvements. Collaborate with finance and other teams to keep processes aligned and smooth. Why join the Deal Desk team at AppTweak?
