Clinical Supervisor - Housing Stability and Re-entry Services

Lead a dynamic, passionate team of clinical staff! Annual salary starts at $92K+, 33 paid days off, and generous medical benefits. Clinical supervisor provides daily oversight to therapists, bachelor level & PRSS clinical staff to ensure fidelity of CCBHC model. Supervisor is responsible for data analysis, meeting facilitation, information distribution, supporting and leading agency and department change, daily office workflows to ensure effective, & efficient access to client care. Population served: adults diagnosed with SMI, housing stability and re-entry. FCS utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care. As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
