Parts Counter Representative

Job Summary: The representative will provide excellent customer service, while assisting customers with a variety of parts needs. Job Responsibilities: Perform daily and operational activities in the parts department to include the following, but not limited to: Assist customers in identifying parts, ordering manuals and processing part returns Obtain price quotes and check availability Provide excellent customer service via phone, e-mail or in person Place orders with manufacturers for factory direct parts File and other miscellaneous office duties Other duties as assigned by management
