Job’s mission

As part of our global Talent, Leadership & Culture Center of Expertise, you’ll help shape the way we grow talent at ASM. You’ll support or lead innovative learning solutions that unlock leadership potential, power our people’s growth, and fuel the innovation that ASM is known for. This is your chance to drive real impact by embedding a culture of learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement across a fast-moving, high-tech, global company.

What you will be working on

• S upport the design and rollout of multi-modal learning pathways blending microlearning, social and on-the-job learning that build behavioral and leadership capabilities across the organization.

• Support the identification, onboarding and adoption of external content providers ( e.g. Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning), including content curation, quality review, licensing coordination, and tracking usage and uptake.

• Design learner-centric experiences grounded in adult learning principles, using a variety of delivery methods including e-learning, coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job learning.

• Contribute to job architecture and career progression frameworks, supporting competency-based job families that enable organizational scaling and talent mobility.
