Full Stack Lead

We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Lead to drive design, development, and delivery of complex enterprise applications. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to guide teams in building scalable, cloud-native solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead full-stack development across backend, frontend, and cloud platforms. Architect and deliver scalable solutions using modern frameworks and microservices Act as a technical interface with customers and internal stakeholders Mentor and manage development teams, ensuring high code quality and delivery standards Review architecture, design, and code for performance, security, and scalability Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth releases Drive adherence to best practices in engineering and software delivery Requirements 10–15 years of experience in full-stack software development Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Experience with modern front-end frameworks (Angular / React / Vue) Knowledge of Node.js, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis Hands-on exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) Proven experience in team handling and customer-facing roles Excellent communication skills and delivery-focused mindset
