Certified Nursing Assistant (Kendall, Coral Gables & Homestead) The #1 Priority of this position is… To provide patient care under the direction of the charge nurse and assists the nursing team in maintaining the nursing and resident units. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Provides personal care such as: baths, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, fingernail and toenail care, monitoring fluid intake and output, toileting care, etc. • Takes residents vital signs and blood pressure as indicated by nurse and promptly reports findings. • Carries out all safety measures for residents and self in body mechanics. • Prepare admission packets/supplies for new admissions. If you have… • Certified Nursing Assistant Florida Certification. • Previous experience in long-term care preferred. • Excellent communication skills.
