Director of Product, Banking

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Product, Banking based in the United States. This is a senior product leadership opportunity focused on shaping and scaling a comprehensive banking and payments portfolio. You will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across onboarding, transaction processing, treasury solutions, and card issuance. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on product management, including defining requirements, writing specifications, and solving complex problems. You will work closely with engineering, design, compliance, risk, legal, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver secure and compliant products. A key part of the role is building and mentoring a high-performing, globally distributed product organization. You will also establish scalable product practices, improve execution rigor, and translate complex banking needs into measurable customer and business outcomes.
