Maintenance Manager

The Maintenance Manager at our Feasterville, PA facility drives asset reliability, failure prevention, and inventory control. This hands-on leader manages a multi-shift technician team across multiple buildings, overseeing training, performance accountability, and union dynamics. Serving as the technical expert (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation), you will balance reactive repairs with preventive maintenance to maximize uptime, OEE, and MTTR. You will conduct root-cause failure analyses and manage the maintenance budget. Working with high independence, you will partner with cross-functional production teams to drive continuous improvement, strict safety compliance, and maximum operational availability.
