ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate for the Director, General Accounting position. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound industry knowledge, superior communication , and detail-oriented organizational skills. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Director, General Accounting will be responsible for the leadership, development, and execution of Avantus’ general accounting function.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise a team that manages all areas of general accounting including general ledger accounting, consolidations, and accounts payable.
