Engineering | Room Care Technician 1st Shift

Sign on Bonus: $2,000.00 paid across first 6 months : $250 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 6 months. Overview: To ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. Responsibilities: • Maintain all public areas and guestrooms on an on-going basis (corner guards, locks, windows, doors, and furniture.) • Keep the hotel decor in good condition. • Clean all work areas after completing job. • Fill out daily work form. • Have the knowledge and ability to use the proper equipment and tools. • Have a thorough understanding of Omni's fire alarm procedures and other emergencies. • Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels’ rules and regulations. Qualifications: • Previous experience is desirable in hotel setting. • High school or equivalent education required. • Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. • Must have a flexible availability, to include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
