Department Manager - Lawn&Garden/Seasonal - Pekin, IL

We have career opportunity as a Department Manager of our Lawn& Garden and Seasonal Departments. The Department Manager is responsible for merchandising and sales within his or her assigned department. Department Managers are responsible to provide the highest level of customer service and report to the Store Manager. This position will require ability to work days, nights, and an alternating weekend schedule. Knowledge/experience with Lawn & Garden products and Seasonal items is preferred as well as the experience of leadership of small teams. Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.00 Depending on Experience
