Associate - Corporate - Healthcare & Life Sciences Privacy

The Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice seeks an associate with a minimum of four years of experience advising companies operating in the digital health space, including on healthcare regulatory, data protection, and AI-related matters. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare providers, digital health/technology companies, and other organizations on complex regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, CCPA/CPRA, evolving AI laws, and healthcare fraud and abuse laws (e.g., Stark, anti-kickback).This role includes advising clients on data protection/AI and healthcare regulatory counseling and transactions.
