As a trusted provider of Complex Rehabilitation Technology (CRT), we're looking for a motivated, solutions-oriented Complex Rehab Lead to join our growing Harrisburg team. This is more than an administrative role. We're seeking someone who takes initiative, thrives on ownership, and enjoys being a trusted resource for both patients and teammates. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can independently manage priorities, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive successful outcomes for our patients and team. What You'll Do As a Complex Rehab Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting patients who depend on specialized mobility and rehabilitation equipment to maintain their independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate rehab patient accounts from intake through delivery and funding approval Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, caregivers, therapists, physicians, and referral sources Manage insurance verification, prior authorizations, and documentation requirements Prepare and process orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance Collaborate with ATPs, clinicians, and internal departments to keep accounts moving forward Proactively identify and resolve obstacles that could delay patient care or equipment delivery Maintain accurate documentation and account records within company systems Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and patient experience Act as a dependable resource within the department by helping prioritize work, sharing knowledge, and promoting team success What We're Looking For Successful candidates will bring a combination of customer service, organization, problem-solving, and leadership qualities.
