The Food Prep/Kitchen positions focuses on the food prep for bands and the public, including large order preparation and sales at the register. This position must follow menu guidelines as well as food safety best practices to ensure that safe, quality food orders are served in the manner they are intended. Requirements: Ability to process accurate transactions and handle cash / credit cards in a trustworthy fashion. Reliability and timeliness Ability and willingness to follow food safety guidelines as trained Discretion in interactions and privileged information.
