When you generate a lead, you are scheduling an appointment for our technician or sales rep to visit the customers home and provide them with a free in-home estimate, or a Tuneup Service. You will be initiating engagement with store customers with the goal of scheduling an appointments. We have a permanent display in the store and your role is to let shoppers know that we offer free in-home estimates, and Tuneups.
