As a U.S.-based cybersecurity leader, we’re expanding our R&D footprint in Vietnam — and we’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Associate Software Engineering Manager to lead development for one of our most strategic solutions: MetaDefender Secure Managed File Transfer .

This role isn’t just about managing people — it’s about leading innovation, owning architecture, and growing a full-stack engineering team in a critical product space. What You’ll Be Doing

• Build, lead, and mentor a full-stack engineering team working on MetaDefender Secure Managed File Transfer .

• Drive an AI-first, agentic engineering culture — define how the team uses AI coding agents and agentic workflows day-to-day, with a clear roadmap toward the majority of production code being AI-generated under strong human review and governance.
