As a Senior Superintendent, you'll take ownership of the job site from day one — leading trades, subcontractors, and project teams to translate contract scope into safe, quality, on-schedule work in the field. You're the calm, clear voice ensuring every install correlates back to the plan. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll own the CPM schedule, drive quality and safety culture, and develop the next generation of Samet field leaders.
