Safety and Security Manager - Tullahoma

The Safety and Security Manager manages and directs the operations of an assigned shift within the Vanderbilt University Public Safety (VUPS) Department by serving both the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) and the Vanderbilt University community. Reporting to the Safety and Security Director, this leadership role involves developing and mentoring VUPS security personnel and supervisors, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-level service. The Manager drives departmental excellence by fostering strategic relationships across the VU and VUMC communities and contributing to continuous improvement through the review and implementation of enhanced departmental policies and procedures.
