We are currently seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative to join our Seattle, WA team. This role assists customers with purchases, provides product knowledge, operates the point-of-sale system accurately, and supports inventory and display activities. This position is eligible for commissions on all retail sales in the Seattle store. Your Responsibilities Will Include : · Provide exceptional customer service, including suggestive selling and accurate product information · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions · Operate the point-of-sale system and cash register accurately · Keep the store clean, neat, and organized (dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning) · Prepare, maintain, and update attractive product displays · Create and manage Facebook Marketplace listings, including photos, pricing, and descriptions · Monitor and respond promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook Marketplace and other platforms · Help improve and monitor social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and other channels · Accurately track and enter daily foot traffic counts · Report theft, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management immediately · Support daily store operations and assist other departments as needed · Assist with stock movement, merchandising, and rearranging furniture on the salesfloor · Maintain interior and exterior common areas as assigned
