Maintenance Technician - Part Time - GullWing Beach Resort

Position is responsible for performing various building maintenance repairs, upgrades and service items. Also responsible for completing light grounds work including trash disposal and curb sweeping. Responsible for safety compliance and maintaining a courteous manner during all guest interaction. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed is required.
