CHILD CARE WORKER - SRO

The counselors establish and maintain a positive, healthy climate in which young adults will be exposed to meaningful life experiences. Assists the older adolescent and young adult resident in developing and maintaining independent living skills. Assists in the implementation of each resident’s service plan which will enable the resident to work towards the ultimate goal independent living. Works collaboratively with other staff co-facilitating independent living skills groups and psychosocial rehabilitation groups.
