What You'll Do Help Deliver Exceptional Projects Support Project Managers through every phase of construction, from bidding and preconstruction to project closeout. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, permits, schedules, and project documentation. Track project commitments, budgets, material lead times, and critical milestones to keep projects moving. Keep Projects Organized Manage project documentation in Procore, SharePoint, and other construction management platforms. Coordinate meetings, prepare project reports, and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners. Ensure subcontractors have the contracts, insurance, permits, and documentation required before beginning work. Learn the Business Gain hands-on experience with estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project financials. Learn the unique requirements of occupied healthcare construction, including ICRA, ILSM, infection prevention, and life safety. Participate in project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives. Build Your Career Work alongside experienced Project Managers who are invested in your development.
