Director, Volunteer & Community Engagement

We are currently seeking a Director of Volunteer & Community Engagement to join our Marketing & Communications team! The Director of Volunteer & Community Engagement is responsible for developing and leading Feed the Children's volunteer and community engagement strategy to deepen relationships, expand brand awareness, cultivate advocates, and activate a movement of supporters around the mission of ending childhood hunger. The Director will oversee volunteer and community engagement staff, establish strategy and performance metrics, develop new engagement models, and create systems that support long-term supporter acquisition, retention, and advocacy.
