Bindery Operator

Spectrum Marketing is seeking a Full or Part Time 2nd shift Bindery Operator . This position is responsible for set up and operation of Finishing equipment to customer-supplied specifications. We are looking for: • Folding and Cutting experience • Saddle Stitching experience • Mechanical aptitude and excellent communication skills • Ability to perform basic math calculations • Good verbal and written comprehension skills • Must be able to thrive in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision. Other Requirements; • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time • Ability to bend and lift continuously, performing repetitious tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere • Fine motor skills for manipulation of raw materials, product and operation of machinery We offer competitive wages and a full suite of benefits including health insurance and 401K Plan
