The Group Exercise Instructor responsibilities include : Leading group exercise classes. Planning and implementing new classes to maintain member interest. Demonstrating proper form/technique and verbally cueing participants. Setting-up, storing, and securing equipment upon completion of classes. Creating a positive working environment which encourages and motivates others to become more involved in the Y.
