Maintenance Technichian

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of packaging and production machines Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties Reads and interprets equipment manuals, schematics and work orders to perform required maintenance and service General building maintenance duties including light repair and replacement, trash management, recycling, and plumbing Function as a key member of JBC Safety Team Conduct 5S and Safety Audits Ordering parts and tooling as needed and approved by management Comply with OSHA Safety Guidelines Submit CPARS to Quality as they arise to uphold our commitment to continuous improvement Maintain a clean and safe work station Embrace a team attitude that aligns with JBC’s Core Values Follow all JBC policies and procedures Other responsibilities as assigned by management
