1st Shift Quality Assurance Specialist

1st Shift Quality Assurance Specialist 6:45am – 3:15pm This person’s primary responsibility will be assuring that products meet internal quality standards and assist in maintaining/auditing the Quality & Environmental Standards. The ideal candidate will have: • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is a Plus. • Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Must have Good Attendance. • Must be willing to work overtime as needed. • Must be adept in Microsoft Office. • Must be able to read and interpret drawings, i.e. blueprints. • Must be organized and be able to Multi-task. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. • Will be responsible for measuring a variety of fabricated parts with tolerances of +/- 1/8”. • Will need to initiate corrective actions and work closely with Production and Purchasing to resolve quality issues.
