Build genuine relationships by learning about each customer's lifestyle, needs, and design preferences. Guide customers through selecting furniture, accessories, fabrics, colors, and décor that reflect their personal style. Inspire customers with creative design ideas and complete room solutions. Stay current on home design trends, color palettes, furniture styles, and seasonal collections. Build and maintain a loyal client base through follow-up, referrals, and special events. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, including financing, delivery coordination, and after-sale satisfaction. Continuously develop your design knowledge, product expertise, and sales skills through ongoing training.
