Operator - Tank Area (3rd shift)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES · Fill out material worksheets · Fill out all quality forms checks. · Consume in the system (AX) material used during production and report any discrepancy to supervisor · Inventory accuracy in the work center · Match retain sample with actual production (validation of quality) · Train and instruct temporary employees. · Maintain cleanliness and operation of equipment, and keep work area clean and organized at all times. (follow 5s-GMP’s) · Perform department shut down procedures. · Inform supervisor of any problems (equipment, material shortages, formulas, and employees) to the supervisor as they occur. · Performance allergen change over and have QA sign off before start production · Turn work order packets into supervisor upon completion of the scheduled quantity. · Conduct scrap reporting according to procedures. · Fill out production report based on completed quantity information from line leader packer. · Complete labor report. · Run efficiently and follow all procedures related to job responsibilities. · Report any safety concern to supervisor. · Must cross-training in all positions within of department. · Take daily inventory to big holding tanks. · Inspect and Clean strainer / magnets · Run a continuous process from one shift to the next. One operator taking over for the other operator (tag in tag out). · Continuous employee empowerment.
