Roles and Responsibilities Design and implement HR Analytics model to capture right data from various functions of HR i.e. TA, Engagement and Ops. Partner with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits and other cross-functional stakeholders of different verticals to understand and deliver on their data needs. Design and implement report administration framework, develop self-service HR dashboards that will improve organizational abilities to plan for future talent needs Compile the HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HR & TA Dashboards, hiring trends, various engagement surveys, onboarding feedback, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources. Carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis from data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership. Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics. Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, to address staffing issues, and to maintain legal compliance. Facilitate implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives. Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices. Experience & Skills requirement Certified HR Analytics professional with minimum 3 years of handson experience in HR and recruitment Analytics Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Thorough understanding of HR functions, concepts and policies. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft and other analytics related software & tools.
