Overview: The Outdoor Activities Supervisor will be responsible for organizing, planning, and overseeing the execution of Outdoor Activities while reporting to the Director of Recreation. Responsibilities: • Know and share information about the resort and activities, demonstrate this knowledge by accurately communicating daily events, hours of operation and resort/activity information to our guests and employee partners • Work with Director of Recreation to ensure excellence and quality in service and products/offerings as well as drive revenue in all activities on property. • Direct and lead Outdoor activities staff ensuring the vision is understood and executed. • Create and update SOP’s for all activities. • Supervise and orchestrate all Outdoor Activities and equipment involved. • Work with Director of Recreation on scheduling staff for Team Building and group events. • Work with Director of Recreation scheduling Outdoor Activities staff. • Assist with development of new programs. • Create and update MOS checklist for Outdoor Activities. • Work with Associate Services on recruiting and training. • Inspect all Activity Vehicles daily – entering any issues in Synergy • Understand the financial goals of Omni and how it relates to the Trilogy Qualifications: • Must be 18 years of age • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR requirements • CPR, AED and Basic First Aid certification or willing to obtain • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and occasional evenings. • Must be willing and able to work in unfavorable weather.
