The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality, individualized care to residents while ensuring the delivery of safe and effective healthcare services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for working with elderly populations. Responsibilities: Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting changes in physical, mental, and emotional health. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans for residents. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care. Provide education and emotional support to residents and their families. Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and other support staff. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records. Respond to medical emergencies promptly and effectively. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to facility protocols and best practices.
