Job Summary Responsible for providing exceptional guest service and with helping co-workers and other staff at Indian Head Casino/Plateau Travel Plaza to provide each of our guests a pleasant, friendly and special experience. The Slot Keyperson is the initial point-of-contact person with guests and provides playing instructions and assistance. Makes change in various amounts quickly and accurately. Ensure control of company assets. Accurately maintain bankroll with minimum number of variances. Understand payouts for all slot machines and can explain those pay tables to guests. Completes various forms neatly, quickly and accurately.
